Needless to say, Keith Wong was there to make his presence felt.
The event started as usual, with the prelims held at BRTC @ Jalan Bahar.
After determining the Top-10, the show was set for The Finals @ Toa Payoh HDB Hub, but not before The Hulk and The King were featured in The New Paper.
And so, after a whole year of training hard (with none other than the best at Team Iron Behemoths: Naturally Singapore's Strongest), eating his vitamins and saying his prayers, Yours Truly was once again at the Finals of the HomeTeamNS Strongman Challenge.

...then took a leisurely stroll with two logs...
...went for a light run with a Red Rhino...
...and flipped a tyre.
Finally, this year's main event was a new one - a Treasure Chest Loading Race. It was pretty simple actually, load 3 chests weighing 100kg each into a wheelbarrow (weighing 200kg)...
... push all 500kg across 20m...
... and UNLOAD!Thus, another year at HomeTeamNS was completed. Keith Wong would like to thank all his loyal friends and fans for all the support shown at this year's event.
